Note: where CODE is shown below, this is where you use your own unique code.  Most phones just require code 2 as 99% of providers only lock the NCK (network lock).  Our service supplies all lock codes just in case you need them :-)

1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card
2 - Phone will ask for "Password"
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code we send to you

 

OR (if phone show "Insert Correct SIM Card")
1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card,
2 - Compose : #0111*CODE#

 

Model : Samsung Z105 & Z107
1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card,

Phone Freeze Instructions samsung

 

Code1 = Unfreeze Code

 

Phone Freeze Solution Explained

 

 

If you phone has "Phone Freeze" displayed when you enter a not yet accepted sim card, this is because you have entered wrong codes previously.

 

 

Solution: key in your code 1 and press ok or middle joystick button.  once done phone will then un-freeze and ask for unlock code.

 

 

Remember on most models when you are entering the unfreeze code it does not actually display the numbers on screen. this is normal.


Advanced Unlock Instructions Samsung

Unlock code is composed like this: #7465625*638*CODE#

1. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time to display #
2. Type 7465625
3. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 1 time
4. Type 638
5. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 1 time
6. Now type in CODE2 we sent you (If phone is still locked with CODE2 try CODE1)
7. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time
9. phone is unlocked!
 

Model : Others Samsung inc S3500 

1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card,
2 - Phone will ask for "Password",
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code we send to you.

OR (if phone show "Insert Correct SIM Card")

1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card,
2 - Compose : #0111*CODE# for NCK

 

To check lock status: type *#7465625# and you will see [OFF] or [ON] for all locks

If locks are [ON] then you will need to input code as detailed below for whichever lock is [ON]:

Model : Samsung i900 Omnia

1. Insert a sim card from a different network.
2. Power ON handset (Make sure wirelesss mode is ON)
3. When asked for code, enter Code 2
4. Now phone should be unlocked
5. If Code 2 not working, try again with Code 1.
 


Model : Samsung J600

Unlock code is composed like this: #0149*MCK# or #0111*NCK#

1. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time to display #
2. Type the 4 digit code which corresponds to your lock type (in most cases the MCK code will work with code:1)
3. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 1 time
4. Type your unlock code which corresponds to your lock type
5. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time
6. phone should now be unlocked
7, If phone is still locked, you have a 2nd lock activated so please check locks and enter 2nd code


 

 

Model : Samsung Z320i, Z510i, Z650i

Unlock code is composed like this: **CODE#

1. Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card
2. Compose **CODE#


Model : Samsung i560 
Unlock code is composed like this: #pw+CODE+1#

1. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time to display #
2. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 3 times quickly to display p
3. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 4 times quickly to display w
4. Press the star (*) button on the keypad 2 times quickly to display +
5. Now type in the 15 digit CODE we sent you via email
6. Now press the star (*) button on the keypad 2 times quickly to display +
7. Press number 1 on the keypad 1 time
8. Press the # button on the keypad 1 time
9. phone is unlocked!

 


PHONE FREEZE: 
If your phone displays this message or similar when inserting an incorrct sim, you must do the following:
1. Power on phone with wrong sim inside so phone displays "Phone Freeze, SIM unavailable. Please contact service provider"
2. Now type CODE1 that we supplied you and press OK (no digits will be seen on display when entering this code)
3. Now phone will ask you for Network Code, so enter CODE2 and press OK. 
4. If nothing happens when you enter CODE2, you will need to compose code like this: #7465625*638*CODE2#
5. Now your phone should be unlocked.

N.B. If phone does not accept CODE2, and still have no luck with #7465625*638*CODE2# please try step 4 using CODE1



Sidekick / Hiptop

All models
  1. Insert a non accepted SIM card and turn on the Sidekick
  2. A dialogue screen will prompt you to enter the code: 

    Title: Special Code Required
    Dialog: Enter code to enable SIM
    Box for Code: 1-8 digits
    Options: Enable or Cancel
  3. On you having entered the code a dialogue box will come up saying Authenticating code 

    In case you see the “Waiting for Activation Screen”, hit the Menu key and the letter L key at the same time. The menu key is the top left key. By doing this, the waiting screen will go away and you will be able to make calls. For best results, hold down Menu and the L key until the Waiting for Activation screen disappears.

  4. Your Sidekick/Hiptop cell phone is now unlocked

Sierra Wireless Aircard

Windows XP and 2000 via Communication Manager 
  1. Insert a non accepted SIM into PC Card and insert card into computer
  2. Launch the Communication Manager program. The prompt will display "Incorrect SIM" 

    Note that you must have a generic Communication manager to be able to enter the code. If you you are using communication software from your provider you have to uninstall it and download the one from Sierra website directly.


  3. In the "Please enter special code" field, enter the 8 digit unlock code. 

    If the message does not appear or "No SIM" is displayed, proceed to the HyperTerminal instructions.


  4. Press Send
  5. Your Sierra PC card is unlocked

Windows XP and 2000 via HyperTerminal 

Use these instructions if the Communication Manager software is not installed on the computer or if the Communication Manager instructions did not work the first time.


    Identify COM Port:
  1. With PC card inserted in computer, go to the Start menu>Settings>Control Panel
  2. In the Control Panel, double-click on Phone and Modem Options
  3. Click the Modems tab and the modems installed on the laptop will be listed
  4. Locate the Sierra Wireless AirCard modem, and make note of the COM port in the "Attached To" column
  5. Close all Windows and return to the desktop
      Enter Unlock Code:
    1. With PC card inserted in computer, go to the Start menu>Programs>Accessories>Communications>HyperTerminal Program
    2. In the Connection Description window, enter a name into the Name field and click OK. - Selection of an Icon is not required.
    3. In the Connect To window, leave the Phone Number blank.
    4. In the Connect Using field, select the COM port where the PC card (modem) is connected. ClickOK. - Generally COM 1 is selected.
    5. Under Port Settings, select the "Bits per second" field to display 115200. Leave the default values in all of the other fields and click OK.
    6. Type ATE1 and press Enter. - An OK response will return
    7. Type AT+CLCK="PN",0,<8 digit unlock code> and press Enter. - An OK response will return
    8. The PC card is now unlocked.


Blackberry

5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx Series (except for BB 7100 and 7130)
  1. Turn wireless mode off
  2. Go to "Options" menu
  3. Go to "SIM card"then press the jogdial to select it
  4. Type MEPD (not case sensitive). You will not see text appear on screen while typing
  5. It will say "Network active"
  6. Press and hold the ALT key (half moon looking key on the lower left side)
  7. While holding the ALT key type in MEPE (not case sensitive). You will not see text appear on screen while typing
  8. When prompted enter supplied unlock code
  9. After entering the code press the jog dial
  10. Your phone is unlocked

Blackberry 7100, 7130
  1. Turn wireless mode off
  2. While on the home screen click the "Tools" icon
  3. Go to "Options" menu
  4. Select "Settings"
  5. Go to "SIM card" then press the jogdial to select it. You should see the phone number and the SIM ID number
  6. Type MEPP2 (not case sensitive). You will not see text appear on screen while typing. 
    Press ALT and 2 simultaneously to get number 2.
  7. Enter supplied unlock code
  8. After entering the code press the jog dial
  9. Your phone is unlocked

Blackberry 8100 Pearl
    Unlocking can be done without SIM card inserted 

  1. Turn wireless mode off
  2. While on the home screen click the "Settings" icon
  3. Go to "Options" menu
  4. Select "Advanced options"
  5. Go to "SIM card" then press the jogdial to select it
  6. Type MEPP2. You will not see text appear on screen while typing 
    Press ALT and 2 simultaneously to get number 2.
  7. Enter supplied unlock code
  8. After entering the code press the trackball once
  9. Your phone is unlocked 
    If the unlocking code is entered incorrectly the next attempt to unlock the device will be delayed for 10 seconds increments. The number of unlocking attempts is limited. When this number is reached the phone will be permanently blocked. 

alternative instructions 
  1. Insert SIM card into the device
  2. Power on the phone and turn Wireless Off
  3. Go to "Settings" then "Options" menu and select "Advanced options"
  4. Go to "SIM card" then press the jogdial to select it
  5. Type MEPPD. Please note that you will not see what you type on the screen.
  6. Type MEPP2. You will not see text appear on screen while typing 
    Press ALT and 2 simultaneously to get number 2.
  7. Enter supplied unlock code
  8. After entering the code press the trackball once
  9. Your phone is unlocked

alternative instructions for some Vodafone Blackberry 8100 
  1. Insert non original SIM card into the device
  2. Power on the phone and turn Wireless Off
  3. Go to "Settings" then "Advanced options"
  4. Go to "SIM card" then press the jogdial to select it
  5. Type MEPP2 while holding Alt, multitap enabled (hold [Alt], type [M] [ER] [OP] [OP] [TY]. Please note that you will not see what you type on the screen.
  6. When prompted with "Enter Network MEP code (255 left)" on the screen, enter the 16-digit network unlock code provided for your phone, then press Enter
  7. Pull the battery out of the phone
  8. Switch the phone on and the phone will be automatically unlocked 
    If the unlocking code is entered incorrectly the next attempt to unlock the device will be delayed for 10 seconds increments. The number of unlocking attempts is limited. When this number is reached the phone will be permanently blocked. 
    To unblock such phone, it must be taken to a RIM service centre. No outgoing calls including emergency call is possible when the phone is blocked.

Blackberry Curve, 8800, 8300
    Unlocking can be done without SIM card inserted 

  1. Turn wireless mode off
  2. While on the home screen click the "Settings" icon
  3. Go to "Options" menu and select "Advanced options"
  4. Select "SIM card"
  5. Hold the ALT key while typing MEPE. You will not see text appear on screen while typing
  6. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code"
  7. Enter supplied unlock code
  8. After entering the code press the trackball once
  9. Your phone is unlocked 
    If the unlocking code is entered incorrectly the next attempt to unlock the device will be delayed for 10 seconds increments. The number of unlocking attempts is limited. When this number is reached the phone will be permanently blocked.

  4. Select "SIM card"
  5. Hold the ALT key while typing MEPE. You will not see text appear on screen while typing
  6. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code"
  7. Enter supplied unlock code
  8. After entering the code press the trackball once
  9. Your phone is unlocked

Blackberry 8230 Curve
  1. Press the "menu" key
  2. Scroll and select "Manage connections"
  3. Select "Turn all connections off"
  4. Press "Escape" to go back to the "Home" screen
  5. Go to "Options" menu and select "Advanced options"
  6. Select "SIM card"
  7. Hold the ALT key while typing MEPD. You will not see text appear on screen while typing. This opens up a personalization menu
  8. Hold the ALT key while typing MEP2. You will not see text appear on screen while typing 
    Press ALT and 2 simultaneously to get number 2.
  9. You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code"
  10. Enter supplied unlock code
  11. After entering the code press the trackball once
  12. Restart your phone and restore connections by following the first two steps

  1. Insert any sim card
  2. Scroll and select "Manage connections"
  3. Select "Turn all connections off"
  4. Press "Escape" to go back to the "Home" screen
  5. Go to "Options" menu and select "Advanced options"
  6. Select "SIM card"
  7. Select "Show keyboard"
  8. Hold the ALT key while typing MEPD. You will not see text appear on screen while typing. This opens up a personalization menu
